Is The Ship Inn open as normal on Saturday 28 November 2026?

No. The Ship Inn will be open for this ticketed event only.

Will tickets be available on the door?

We recommend buying tickets in advance. Tickets may be available on the door, but they will cost slightly more.

If I am not allowed into the venue, can I still attend?

Please contact The Ship Inn directly to discuss your circumstances before buying a ticket. We will not be able to refund your ticket if you are refused entry.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes, as long as your wristband is intact.

If I have an afternoon ticket, can I stay for the evening?

If evening tickets are available, you will need to purchase an evening ticket and change your wristband.

What time are the acts on?

We will release the performance times one week before the event, as lineup times are subject to change.

Will there be food?

Yes. Poco Loco will provide food at an additional cost.

Can I bring a picnic?

No. No outside food or drink is permitted in the venue.

How old do you need to be for this event?

This is strictly an over-18s event.

Do I need ID?

The Ship Inn operates a Challenge 25 policy. If you look under 25, you will need to provide ID. If you are unable to provide ID when asked, we cannot offer a ticket refund.

Which toilet should I use?

The Ship Inn has gender-neutral toilets. The toilets on the left include urinals.

Will drinks be priced higher than normal?

No. Normal bar prices apply.

Can I pay for raffle tickets by card?

Yes.

Can I resell my ticket?

No. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

What can I bring?

Bring yourself, glow sticks, hats and similar party accessories. Please do not bring whistles, air horns or illegal substances.

Can I record videos and take photos?

Yes. The Ship Inn normally operates a no-recording policy, but recording and photography will be permitted during this event. Please do not deliberately record or photograph anyone without their consent. If you do, you may be asked to leave. The event organisers will also be taking photos for social media and the website.

Is this event run by Medway Pride?

Intra Winter Pride currently operates under Medway Pride CIC. The event organisers are Craig Attwater, a director of Medway Pride CIC, and Jordan Wood, who have worked alongside The Ship Inn to create the event.
